Job Details

Scanning of products and correct handling of transactions either in cash or by credit card

Ensuring that product prices are accurate

Processing refunds in case of product returns

Redeeming coupons

Issuing receipts

Effective customer service

Communication with various Sales Departments of the store and/or the Warehouse, e.g., for clarification of products, barcodes, prices, and/or preparation of products, etc.

Other related duties
Requirements

Graduate of high school or technical school
-
Good knowledge of Greek and English language
-
The following are desirable but not required:

Experience in a similar position

Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word)

Knowledge of Russian language
