VITEX ACRYLAN UNCO ECO Ecological silicone acrylic water-based primer 5L
VITEX Acrylan Unco Eco is an ecological, silicone-modified, micronised water-based acrylic primer suitable for both interior and exterior surfaces. Thanks to its extremely fine particle size of less than 0.05 μm, it penetrates deeply into weak and absorbent substrates, stabilising the surface and creating a strong base for the final paint coating.
It offers exceptionally low water absorption, helps waterproof the substrate, maintains high breathability and provides excellent resistance to alkaline surfaces. It is ideal for plaster, concrete, cement render, lime-cement render, plasterboard, cement board and surfaces previously painted with lower-quality coatings.
The primer is slightly tinted, making it easier to identify the areas that have already been treated. It does not contain ammonia, aromatic hydrocarbons, free formaldehyde, heavy metals or alkylphenol ethoxylates.

Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, free from dust, grease, oil and loose or flaking material.
New plaster or cement surfaces should be allowed to dry thoroughly for at least 30 days before application.
Visto or Acrylic Putty may be used to fill holes and repair cracks. After filling, sand the surface thoroughly and ensure that it is completely dry before priming.
Application Instructions
- Dilute the product with 50–100% clean water, depending on the absorbency of the surface.
- Stir thoroughly before use.
- Apply one coat using a roller, brush or airless spray gun.
- Apply the final water-based paint after 4–6 hours.

Application Tips
- Apply at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C.
- For interior use, relative humidity should be below 80%.
- For exterior use, relative humidity should be below 70%.
- Clean tools immediately after use with water and, when necessary, soap or detergent.
- Seal the container tightly after use and store any remaining product for future application.
- Do not dispose of cleaning water into the ground or groundwater system.
- Home delivery from Monday to Friday, with a maximum processing time of five (5) calendar working days.
