Safety Instructions

• Suitable medium: Air only.

• Maximum inlet temperature: 40°C, outlet temperature: below 180°C.

• Recommended air filter replacement: every 250 hours (depending on usage).

• Maximum pressure limit: 0.1 MPa.

• Lubrication system temperature must remain below 70°C.

⚠️ Warning

• Incorrect oil level during cold start, clogged oil filter or valve malfunction may cause oil shortage.

• Surfaces of the compressor may become very hot during operation.

Important Safety Notes

• Do not modify the safety valve or pressure settings.

• Use only hoses and fittings suitable for air compressors.

• For pressures above 7 bar, supply hoses should be fitted with a safety clamp.

• The compressor must always operate in a horizontal position.

Installation & Start-Up

1. Install the compressor in a clean, dry and well-ventilated area.

2. Ensure the power supply voltage is correct (tolerance ±5%).

3. Keep the oil level at the red indicator mark.

4. Recommended oil:

   • SAE30 / L-DAB100 when temperature is above 10°C

   • SAE10 / L-DAB68 when temperature is below 10°C

5. Before first use, run the compressor without load for 10 minutes to ensure proper lubrication.

6. Check belt tension: it should move 10-15 mm when pressed with a finger.

Operation

• The compressor automatically stops when maximum pressure is reached and starts again when pressure drops.

• Do not change the factory pressure settings.

• Always switch the unit OFF from the switch before unplugging.

Maintenance

• Change oil and clean the unit after the first 20 hours of operation.

• Check oil level every 20 hours.

• Drain condensation from the tank every 60 hours.

• After 120 hours, perform full maintenance:

  • Change oil

  • Clean air filter

  • Check safety valve and pressure gauge.
