TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES FROM THE PHYSICAL STORE
ESHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms apply to all purchases made from the online store of P. MANGAS & SONS LTD Company which trades as P. Mangas Home Improvement Ltd (hereinafter “Company”) via the internet on the website www.mangas.com.cy.
The following terms refer to "you", i.e., the consumer, the visitor/user of this website.
Navigating on the website www.mangas.com.cy of the Company P. MANGAS & SONS LTD, it automatically implies that you accept the terms of use and its policy in the general set of content that appears on the specific website.
P. MANGAS & SONS LTD is a Company legally registered in Cyprus. The website www.mangas.com.cy is the official online store of the Company. The registered office of the Company as well as the physical store of the Company, are located at the address: 23-25 Andrea Kariolou str., Agios Athanasios, 4102, Limassol, Cyprus. Our online store allows consumers, visitors/internet users to be immediately informed about the products offered by our Company, as well as to make their purchases online.
PAYMENT METHODS
For your convenience and service, the online store of the Company accepts Visa, Mastercard & Maestro credit cards.
Your purchases at the Company's online store are protected by top online security systems (3D Secure, SSL-128 bit and digital certification by Cloudflare Inc.) which guarantee a secure trading method.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Change of Mind
In case you change your mind, you have the right to return part or all of your order back to the Company's store. The return of a product with full refund is accepted only if the product is returned WITHIN the period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.

Return of Products Procedure
To return a product, you must deliver/return the following to the Company's store either in person or by post:
- Completed Product Return Form, which you can find at the reception of the Company's store or on the Company's website by clicking here.
- The product you wish to return.
The Company will consider your request upon return of the above.
A product to be returned to the Company must be sealed in its packaging (if any) and in full condition received, without wear or damage, in excellent condition and with all the documents that accompany it. In case that, upon the inspection of a competent qualified technician, it is estimated that the returned product does not comply with these conditions, then the Company may not accept the return or replacement of the product. The Company will inform you if any time will be needed for this inspection.
Replacement & Credit
WITHIN 14 DAYS
If you return the product WITHIN the period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receiving the product and if the product is in the full and excellent condition as received, then you can follow one of the options below:
- Product return with a full refund. Provided that the Company accepts the return of the product to its store in Limassol, then the Company can refund the purchase price of the product in the same way the initial transaction was made, i.e., by credit card. Any delivery costs are non-refundable.
- Product return with a full refund in the form of a credit (voucher), valid for upcoming purchases from the Company's PHYSICAL store, and which will be active for six (6) months. Any delivery costs are non-refundable.
AFTER 14 DAYS
If you return the product AFTER the period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receiving the product and if the product is in the full and excellent condition as received, then you can follow the option below:
- Product return with a full refund in the form of a credit (voucher), valid for upcoming purchases from the Company's PHYSICAL store, and which will be active for six (6) months. Any delivery costs are non- refundable.
The Company does NOT accept returns of any product AFTER the period of thirty (30) days from the day of receiving the product, with the exception of defective products which are warrantied for a longer period.
When a product is returned due to “change of mind” and not due to a product defect or receipt of a product other than the one you ordered, then upon a refund or a refund in the form of credit (voucher) by the Company the cost of delivery will NOT be reimbursed.
Product Return Options
In case of product return due to a change of mind and not due to a product defect or receipt of a product other than the one you ordered, then the cost of delivery of the new product (if any) is borne by you.
If for some reason, you cannot return the product back to the Company or you cannot pick up the new product, then the Company offers product transfer services at an additional charge.
Returns of Wrong / Defective (DOA) Products
The term ‘wrong products' refers to products that have been received by the consumer in a colour, size or quantity etc. different from the one ordered from the Company's store.
The term ‘ DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) products’ refers to products received by the consumer and are defective products in accordance with the law.
Even though your best service is always our priority, there is a possibility of delivering the wrong product or the wrong quantity or the wrong type of product or a defective (DOA) product. All orders before being received by you, are checked by the Company for any errors or defects.
You have the right to return to the Company products that have been identified by you as wrong or defective (DOA). The return of a wrong/defective (DOA) product with a full refund is only accepted if the product is returned WITHIN the period of thirty (30) calendar days from the day of receiving the product.

Procedure for Returning - Replacing Wrong / Defective (DOA) Products
To return a wrong/defective (DOA) product, you must provide the following to the Company's store:
- Completed Product Return Form, which you can find at the reception of the Company's store or on the Company's website by clicking here.
- The product you wish to return.
The Company will consider your request upon return of the above.
A DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) product to be returned to the Company must include all the accompanying documents and be in the condition received by the consumer. In case that, upon the inspection of a competent qualified technician, it is estimated that the returned product does not comply with these conditions, then the Company may not accept the return or replacement of the product. The Company will inform you if any time will be needed for this inspection.
A wrong product to be returned to the Company must be sealed in its packaging (if any) and in full condition received, without wear or damage, in excellent condition and with all the documents that accompany it. In case it is estimated that the returned product does not comply with these conditions, then the Company may not accept the return or replacement of the product.
Replacement & Credit of Wrong / Defective (DOA) Products
WITHIN 30 DAYS
If you return a defective (DOA) and/or wrong product WITHIN the period of thirty (30) calendar days from the day of receiving the product, then you can follow one of the options below:
- Product return with a full refund. Provided that the Company accepts the return of the product to its store in Limassol, then the Company can refund the purchase price of the product and its delivery costs, in the same way you made the initial transaction, i.e., by credit card (excluding costs due to your choice, e.g., delivery of the product in a different way than the one applied by the Company).
- Product return with a full refund in the form of a credit (voucher) , valid for upcoming purchases from the Company's PHYSICAL store, which will be active for six (6) months.
- Replacement of the returned product with another product from the Company's store. Provided that the Company accepts the return of the product to its store in Limassol, then you can replace the returned product with the new product from the Company's store in Limassol.
The Company does NOT accept returns of any product AFTER the period of thirty (30) days from the day of receiving the product, with the exception of defective products which are warrantied for a longer period.
In case of a refund or a refund in the form of credit (voucher), the cost of delivery (if any) is refunded provided that the product has been returned due to being wrong or defective (DOA).
Wrong / Defective (DOA) Product Return Options
Once the product has been returned to the Company, the Company offers to cover the cost of delivery of the new product (if any), provided that you agree to proceed with the return method proposed by the Company.
Products with Warranty
Products such as non-professional and professional tools (e.g., Einhell, Black & Decker, Dewalt, Milwaukee) and many others that are offered under warranty, can be returned to the Company if they prove to be defective, do not have any intervention/conversion and if the warranty period of the specific product, calculated from the day of its receipt, has not expired.
Some of the products that offer warranty also provide the possibility of warranty extension, through the official website of the manufacturer.
Non-professional tools purchased for professional use are not covered by warranty.
The consumer is the one responsible for the return of the warrantied products, at the Company's store.
Return Policy Exceptions
The right of return of products does not apply (either within 14 calendar days or after) for the following cases:
- Products that may deteriorate or expire soon.
- Products that are not returned due to hygiene reasons, such as face masks, disposable gloves, etc.
- Products related to personal care, such as shavers, facial care machines, etc.
- Products that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications and cannot be returned to their original condition, such as: paints made in a requested colour, rubbers, fence nets, pipes, sandpaper and other products that are cut to a requested size, chainsaw chains made to the required size etc.
- Products that have been purchased sealed but have been unsealed after delivery.
- Products that have been assembled.
Products on Offer
In case you wish to replace a product that has been purchased on offer, from the Company's online store, then the Company considers as valid the purchase price of the product while it was on offer.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Methods and Days of Delivery
- Home delivery from Monday to Friday, with a maximum processing time of five (5) calendar working days.
- Receiving from ACS Courier stores with a maximum processing time of five (5) calendar working days. In case of increased order volume, there is a possibility of delay.
- Receiving from the Company's store in Limassol with a maximum waiting time of twenty-four (24) working hours. The Company will contact you when your order is ready for receipt. You can receive your order from the reception area of the Company's store. To receive your order, you must provide your order number, which you will find in the email that will be sent to you by the Company upon the completion of your order. Receipts from the Company's store are made from Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 20:00, Saturday from 08:00 - 19:00 and Sunday from 10:00 - 19:00.

Delivery Terms
The staff transports and delivers the products you have ordered to your premises. Delivery of the order takes place outside your premises and products are not transported by stairs and/or elevator.
All products are delivered unassembled. If you wish to assemble all and/or part of the products of your order, the Company can assemble products for you at an additional charge. In this case, you may contact the Company:

Upon delivery of the order, you will be asked to sign an acknowledgement note to ensure that your order has been properly received. In case of damage to the product after receiving it from the place of delivery, the Company or the carrier is not responsible for such damage.
DELIVERY DELAY
If you have placed an order through our online store, there may be a delay in the delivery of the products for the following reasons:
- Delay in product delivery by our supplier: We order our products from a wide range of suppliers, either local or international so that we can offer you very competitive prices. However, there are cases where the products are not immediately available either due to delays in their transport or at the customs, with the result of not having them in our warehouses on the expected day of receipt. In such cases, we will contact you to inform you about the delay in the delivery of the product.
- Removal or non-availability of the product in the market: In our online store we exhibit thousands of products, among which there are the rare cases where their supplier suddenly, without any warning, announces that he is abolishing/withdrawing them. In such cases, we will contact you to ask whether you would like to proceed with an alternative option.
- Force majeure causes: In periods of extreme weather conditions, strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of an order.
- Unable to contact you: In case the Company’s communication with you, either by phone or by email, has become impossible due to entering incorrect contact information.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The content presented on the Company's website belongs to the intellectual property of the Company, subject to all legal rights. Any modification, republishing, misuse of the content of the website, including information, photos, prices and other data is strictly prohibited unless there is a written license for its legal use by the Company. You are not allowed to use any trademarks, service marks, or copyrighted materials displayed on this website, including, without limitation, the logos or characters, without the express written consent of the trademark owner or the copyright reservation. There is an exception regarding the case of granting and using the content of the website for strictly personal reasons, that do not have a commercial or profit character or purpose.

The Company does not guarantee the availability of the products that are posted on its website. However, the Company undertakes to inform the consumers on time in case of interest in ordering a non-available product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASES FROM THE PHYSICAL STORE
Weekend offers
Terms and exemptions:
All the following product categories and services offered by MANGAS HOME IMPROVEMENT are exempted from the 20% discount:
- Products that are already on offer and whose price is indicated in red letters, such as catalogue products and internal offers, cannot benefit from an additional discount.
- This offer applies exclusively on purchases from our physical store.
- The delivery, assembly and installation of a product are not included in the above offer.
- During the days of the offer (8-9/07/2023), product assembly will not be possible.
- The following categories from the Plumbing Supplies Department are excluded from the 20% discount: copper parts & pipes, aluminium parts and pipes, tanks, plastic drainage pipes, irrigation & water hoses, trunking, air conditioning bases.
- Excluded from the offer are ceramic floors, the prices of which are also indicated in red letters. The offer is valid only for products that are already in stock, not pre-orders.
*Note: There may be a delay in the home delivery of purchases made during the weekend (8 & 9 July) due to increased orders. Our company will contact you within the next week after the end of the Surprise Weekend to let you know the exact day and time of delivery.

In case of refund or refund in the form of credit (voucher), the cost of delivery (if any) is refunded provided that the product has been returned due to being wrong/defective (DOA).

Once the product has been returned to the Company, the Company offers to cover the cost of delivery of the new product (if any), provided that you agree to proceed with the return method proposed by the Company.
Products with Warranty

Products on Offer
In case you wish to replace a product that has been purchased on offer, from the Company's physical store, then the Company considers as valid the purchase price of the product while it was on offer.
ORDERS FROM STORE FOR DELIVERY
Orders made in person by you at the Company's store and which have a delivery service by the Company, must be prepaid.
SPECIAL ORDERS
In case of a specialised order specifically for the consumer, the Company has no obligation to return any deposit or payment of the product.

Methods and Days of Delivery
- Home delivery from Monday to Friday, with a maximum processing time of five (5) calendar working days.
- Receiving from ACS Courier stores with a maximum processing time of five (5) calendar working days. In case of increased order volume, there is a possibility of delay.

Delivery Terms
The staff transports and delivers the products you have ordered to your premises. Delivery of the order takes place outside your premises and products are not transported by stairs and/or elevator.
All products are delivered unassembled. If you wish to assemble all and/or part of the products of your order, the Company can assemble products for you at an additional charge. In this case you may contact the Company:

Upon delivery of the order, you will be asked to sign an acknowledgment note to ensure that your order has been properly received. In case of damage to the product after receiving it from the place of delivery, the Company or the carrier is not responsible for such damage.
DELIVERY DELAY
If you have placed an order through our physical store, there may be a delay in the delivery of the products for the following reasons:
- Delay in product delivery by our supplier: We order our products from a wide range of suppliers, either local or international, so that we can offer you very competitive prices. However, there are cases where the products are not immediately available either due to delays in their transport or at the customs, with the result of not having them in our warehouses on the expected day of receipt. In such cases, we will contact you to inform you about the delay in delivery of the product.
- Removal or non-availability of the product in the market: In our physical store we exhibit thousands of products, among which there are the rare cases where their supplier suddenly, without any warning, announces that he is abolishing/withdrawing them. In such cases, we will contact you to ask whether you would like to proceed with an alternative option.
- Force majeure causes: In periods of extreme weather conditions, strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of an order.
- Unable to contact you: In case the Company’s communication with you, either by phone or by email, has become impossible due to entering incorrect contact information.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify or even renew the terms of the store, without prior notice. You are prompted to check the content of the terms of use for possible changes. The last renewal date of the terms and conditions is displayed at the bottom of this page.
