The PRIMO PREM-40573 Hot & Cold is a complete espresso machine with an integrated coffee grinder, designed for users who want greater control over coffee preparation and the flexibility to prepare both hot and cold coffee beverages.
Its high-quality 20 bar pressure pump, fast-heating Thermoblock system and precise NTC + PID dual temperature control help maintain stable brewing conditions for controlled espresso extraction.
The heavy-duty professional 51 mm stainless steel portafilter, featuring side-flow outlets, is supplied with stainless steel filters for single or double espresso servings.
The integrated conical grinder offers an impressive 44 grind settings, allowing the grind size to be adjusted precisely according to your preferences. The grinding timer can be set from 1 to 20 seconds, while preset grinding programmes are available for one or two espresso cups, with adjustable grinding duration.
The machine also features a dedicated Cold Brew system for preparing cold coffee, while hot coffee preparation can be customised using 3 selectable brewing temperatures.
A professional stainless steel steam wand with a removable steam nozzle allows you to prepare milk foam for Cappuccino, Latte and other milk-based beverages.
