Add rich wood-smoke flavour to your favourite meals with the Napoleon Stainless Steel Smoker Box 67013. Designed for use with Napoleon gas grills, this durable smoker box allows you to enjoy the taste and aroma of smoking while cooking on your barbecue.
Made from stainless steel, the smoker box is designed to replace the sear plates directly above a lit burner. Simply fill it with your favourite wood chips or chunks, place it into position, replace the cooking grids, and set the burner below to low. As the wood begins to smoulder, it produces smoke that adds delicious flavour to your food.
It is ideal for roasts, reverse-seared meats, rotisserie cooking, and any BBQ recipe that benefits from deeper smoky flavour. For best results, food should remain on the barbecue for at least 20 minutes.
Note: Always allow the barbecue to cool completely before removing the cooking grids and smoker box.
