The VILMORIN Four Seasons Strawberry Seeds are an excellent choice for growing delicious, sweet strawberries with an extended fruiting period. This vigorous and productive variety produces large, abundant fruits, allowing for successive harvests from April through October.
Suitable for cultivation in garden beds, pots and planting containers, Four Seasons strawberries adapt well to different growing spaces. They thrive in sunny locations with well-drained soil, making them ideal for balconies, terraces and small home gardens.
For cultivation, sow the seeds from March to August at a depth of 0.5 cm in seed trays filled with fine soil. Keep the growing medium moist and place the trays in a sunny, humid environment until germination. Transplant the young plants to their final positions the following autumn or spring.
Water regularly, avoiding excessive moisture around the base of the plants. Harvest the strawberries when they have developed a deep red colour and are fully ripe.
