Tips for optimal use and maintenance:
Grease the interior with oil or butter before each use for best results. Cook at low to medium temperatures. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230°C. Do not overheat the pan while empty. Do not fill more than two-thirds of its capacity to avoid overflow. Allow the pan to cool before washing, using warm water and dishwashing detergent. Use wooden, plastic, or silicone kitchen utensils. The use of greaseproof paper helps extend the life of the pan. Hand washing is recommended for longer durability. Avoid metal scouring pads and harsh cleaning agents. The non-stick coating complies with regulations for materials intended for food contact.
