HYROOF HYBRID PU is a new-generation hybrid elastomeric roof waterproofing coating based on water-based acrylic polyurethane technology. It forms a seamless, highly flexible and impermeable membrane, providing effective protection against moisture, rainfall and standing water.
The advanced hybrid waterproofing system can provide protection for more than 10 years when applied according to the recommended application specifications and consumption rates.
It offers excellent adhesion to concrete, bituminous membranes, cement boards and existing waterproofing coatings, following proper surface preparation and, where necessary, the application of HYROOF HYBRID PU Primer.
With elasticity of up to 300%, it effectively bridges microcracks, hairline cracks and minor substrate movements. It also features very low water absorption and excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, ultraviolet radiation and thermal ageing.
Its innovative formulation develops rapid surface hardness, helping to prevent dirt accumulation and maintain its whiteness and heat-reflective properties over time.
