HYROOF HYBRID PU is a new-generation hybrid elastomeric roof waterproofing coating based on water-based acrylic polyurethane technology. It forms a seamless, highly flexible and impermeable membrane, providing effective protection against moisture, rainfall and standing water. The advanced hybrid waterproofing system can provide protection for more than 10 years when applied according to the recommended application specifications and consumption rates. It offers excellent adhesion to concrete, bituminous membranes, cement boards and existing waterproofing coatings, following proper surface preparation and, where necessary, the application of HYROOF HYBRID PU Primer. With elasticity of up to 300%, it effectively bridges microcracks, hairline cracks and minor substrate movements. It also features very low water absorption and excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, ultraviolet radiation and thermal ageing. Its innovative formulation develops rapid surface hardness, helping to prevent dirt accumulation and maintain its whiteness and heat-reflective properties over time.

VITEX HYROOF PRIMER is a hybrid water-based polyurethane primer specially designed for preparing surfaces that will be waterproofed with HYROOF HYBRID PU. It penetrates, waterproofs and stabilises both new surfaces and older substrates with existing waterproofing layers. It provides strong adhesion to concrete, bituminous membranes, cement boards, old insulation systems, acrylic coatings and polyurethane paints. Its lightly tinted, semi-transparent formulation makes it easier to identify the areas that have already been primed, helping ensure uniform application across the entire surface. It is supplied ready to use, is easy to apply and contains very low levels of Volatile Organic Compounds, making it more user- and environmentally friendly. Formulated with a blend of resins, it is ideal for waterproofing flat roofs in very sunny places, as its whiteness remains unaffected by exposure to solar radiation. Forms an elastic membrane, without seams or joints. Thanks to its high solar reflectance, it keeps the temperature of the flat roof surface low. For this reason, it is also used as a cool roof coating.

Trevira is a thin polyester fabric weighing 30 g / m², for the reinforcement of various sealing layers.

Specially formulated solvent, used for thinning polyurethane-based products (paints, liquid waterproofing membranes, etc.). Effective also for cleaning paint tools. Thanks to its special formulation, SM-28 allows for quick drying of the polyurethane material.

Features exceptional hydrophobic properties and high breathability. Allows for faster workflow and project completion by forgoing the need for post painting. Thanks to its high elasticity and excellent adhesion to the surface, it is ideal for use as finish coat in external thermal insulation systems. Depending on grain size, it is available in the following types and application thicknesses: MARMOCRYL Fine 1 mm. MARMOCRYL Fine 1,2 mm. MARMOCRYL Fine 1.5 mm. MARMOCRYL Fine 2 mm.

HYBRID PU SHIELD creates a strong waterproofing ability due its high resistance in ponding water even in places where there isn’t a good slope for draining rain water of flat roofs. It has a very high elasticity and resists in systolic and diastolic movements of hair line capillary gaps in all type of surfaces of concrete, metal or wood. It is high weather resistance and high durable for a long time, providing high whiteness and solar reflectivity. Also providing a very good energy saving performance, lowering the surface temperatures and adequately the energy consumption for cooling the interior of buildings underneath. HYBRID PU SHIELD WHITE is certified from the University of Athens, department of Physics, as a cool paint characterized by high values for solar reflectance (SR), infrared emittance (ε) and solar reflectance index (SRI).
