PRO FLEX INSULATION is an elastomeric acrylic water-based coating developed for waterproofing and protecting flat roofs, terraces and curved tiled roof surfaces.
Its acrylic copolymer formulation provides very high elasticity, allowing the coating to follow the expansion and contraction movements of the substrate. It bridges fine hairline cracks and can be applied to properly prepared concrete, metal and wooden surfaces.
The coating offers high resistance to weathering and ultraviolet exposure for long-lasting exterior protection. Its white finish provides solar reflectivity, helping reduce roof surface temperatures and the cooling requirements of the interior spaces below.

Surface Preparation
The substrate must be clean, sound and free from:
- Dust and loose particles
- Oil and grease
- Dirt and contamination
- Loose or flaking material
Cracks, gaps and surface defects must be repaired before application.
Prime the surface with an acrylic primer diluted with water at a ratio of 1:3. Primer consumption is approximately 100–200 g/m², depending on the absorbency of the substrate.
Application
- Stir thoroughly before use.
- Apply by roller, brush or airless spray.
- Recommended consumption is approximately 0.600–0.750 kg/m² per coat.
- Apply each additional coat only after the previous coat has dried sufficiently.
- Multiple coats are recommended for improved waterproofing performance.
On surfaces with frequent or larger cracks, reinforcement with polyester fibreglass mesh tape or polyester fleece is recommended. Place the reinforcing material into the first wet coat and embed it thoroughly. Apply a second coat over the reinforcement. Two additional coats may be applied for improved protection and performance.
Tool Cleaning
Clean brushes, rollers and spray equipment immediately after use with clean water and detergent.
Storage
- Shelf life of 24 months in the original, tightly sealed container.
- Store at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C.
- Protect from frost and direct sunlight.
- Home delivery from Monday to Friday, with a maximum processing time of five (5) calendar working days.

Receipts from the Company's store are made from Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 20:00, Saturday from 08:00 - 19:00 and Sunday from 10:00 - 19:00.
