Ideal For:

For quick and easy sealing, insulation and filling of larger joints and cracks against heat, cold, draft, sound and moisture loss. Bonds to many building materials including wood, concrete, stone, masonry, plaster, metal, glass and many synthetics such as polyester, Styrofoam, PVC and rigid polyurethane foam. No adhesion to polyethylene, silicone and PTFE

BEFORE USE

Working conditions

Apply only at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.

Preliminary surface treatment

The substrate must be completely free of dust and grease. Preferably wet dry surfaces to optimize grip and performance.

Cover

500 ml / 20-25 liters of foam.

DURING USE

Instructions for use

Shake the spray well before use (10-20 times). Spread the foam with the container upside down. Fill the joint or gap 50% full. The foam will expand 2-3 times its original volume. To fill large holes spread the foam in layers and allow to expand completely before the next layer. After the process is complete the foam can be sawn, drilled, painted or plastered.

Points of caution

Bison Construction Foam has great expansion capacity. To avoid deformation of the materials, please ensure proper fit.

Personal security

Wear gloves and protective clothing during use. Also provide adequate ventilation.

AFTER USE

Stains/residues

Remove fresh stains immediately with acetone. Dried glue residues can only be removed mechanically.

Storage conditions

Store in a properly sealed package in a dry place, at a temperature from +5°C to +25°C.
