The AQUAFILTER FCCBL is a replacement Carbon Block activated carbon cartridge designed for the treatment of cold drinking and general-use water. Its compressed activated carbon media effectively adsorbs chlorine and organic compounds, while reducing substances responsible for unpleasant taste and odour. The carbon-block structure also provides mechanical filtration of suspended particles, making the cartridge suitable for use as part of multi-stage domestic water filtration systems.
With dimensions of 9 7/8" × 2 1/2", the FCCBL is designed for compatible standard 10-inch filter housings. It can be used as a stand-alone carbon filtration stage or after a sediment pre-filter, helping improve the organoleptic properties of the water and providing additional protection for subsequent filtration stages.
