AQUASTRONG SMART2-32 370W Compact Booster Pump with Intelligent Protection - AQS-SMART2-32

Expansion and pressure vessels are essential components for effective pressure management in water supply, heating, and other hydraulic systems. They help absorb pressure fluctuations, protecting system components from excessive stress and premature wear. At the same time, they contribute to stable and efficient system operation by reducing sudden pressure variations.

The AQUASTRONG SMART2-42Z is a compact high-performance booster pump designed to increase water pressure in medium-sized commercial buildings, multi-dwelling properties, and residential applications. Featuring 4-metre self-priming capability, it offers greater installation flexibility and reliable operation even when the water source is located below the pump. Powered by a 550W motor, with a maximum head of 42 m and a maximum flow rate of 4.5 m³/h, it delivers stable pressure and excellent hydraulic performance for demanding water boosting applications. The integrated Intelligent Protection system safeguards the motor during operation, improving reliability and extending the pump's service life. The SMART2-42Z is suitable for installation with roof water tanks to increase water pressure for taps, showers, water heaters, and other household water outlets. It is recommended for homes between 60 and 150 m² and is designed for pumping clean water at temperatures up to 80°C.

High-quality horizontal water tanks with feet designed for safe, reliable, and efficient water storage in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Their horizontal design and integrated support feet provide enhanced stability and secure floor installation, while the durable construction makes them suitable for domestic water storage, irrigation, and backup water supply systems.

Water storage tanks provide a safe, reliable, and efficient solution for storing clean water in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Designed for durability and hygienic water storage, they help ensure a continuous water supply and are suitable for a wide range of applications, from domestic use and irrigation to backup water supply systems.

Expansion vessels are essential components in heating and hydraulic systems, designed to absorb the expansion of water caused by temperature changes and help maintain stable system pressure. By compensating for variations in water volume, they help prevent excessive pressure build-up, reduce stress on system components, and contribute to reliable and efficient operation.

The IMAS IM32-10S-180 is a three-speed hot water circulator pump designed for circulating clean water and liquids that do not contain chemicals. It is suitable for domestic heating and air-conditioning systems operating in closed or open pressurized circuits. The pump features three selectable operating speeds, with power consumption of 150W, 210W and 270W, allowing its performance to be adjusted according to the requirements of the heating or circulation system. It provides a maximum head of 10 m. The hydraulic section is manufactured from cast iron and incorporates a wet-rotor motor. The motor housing is made of die-cast aluminium, while the impeller is manufactured from technopolymer. The hardened stainless steel motor shaft is supported by graphite bearings and lubricated directly by the pumped liquid. The rotor protective casing, stator casing and closing flange are manufactured from stainless steel. Additional construction features include a ceramic thrust ring, ethylene-propylene sealing rings and a brass air vent plug. Designed for hot-water circulation, the IM32-10S-180 can operate with liquid temperatures up to 110°C and at a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar. It operates from a single-phase 230V/50Hz power supply and features IP44 protection and Class F insulation. The pump has an installation length of 180 mm, 1¼" threaded connections and must be installed with the motor shaft in a horizontal position.

The AQUASTRONG EPS-02 is an automatic electronic pressure controller designed to provide convenient and reliable automatic control of compatible water pumps. It automatically manages pump operation according to water demand, making it suitable for domestic water supply, pressure boosting, irrigation and other clean-water pumping systems. A key feature of the EPS-02 is its adjustable starting pressure. The supplied specification shows a 1.5 bar starting pressure setting, while AQUASTRONG product documentation identifies the EPS-02 as an adjustable version with a starting-pressure range of approximately 1.5–3 bar. The controller supports a maximum pump power of 1.1kW and maximum current of 10A. It has a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar, while its IP65 protection rating provides protection suitable for demanding water-pump installations. The EPS-02 uses an R1" connection thread according to the supplied technical data and can operate at temperatures up to 60°C. Its automatic operation makes it a practical solution for converting a compatible conventional water pump into an automatically controlled pressure-boosting system.
