IMAS Hot water circulator pump - IM25-8S-180
The IMAS IM25-8S-180 is a three-speed hot water circulator pump designed for circulating clean water and liquids that do not contain chemicals. It is suitable for domestic heating and air-conditioning systems operating in pressurized closed or open circuits.
The pump features three selectable operating speeds, with power consumption of 90W, 150W and 180W, allowing its performance to be adjusted according to the requirements of the installation. It delivers a maximum flow rate of 4.5 m³/h and a maximum head of 8 m.
The hydraulic section is manufactured from cast iron and incorporates a wet-rotor motor. The motor housing is made of die-cast aluminium, while the impeller is manufactured from technopolymer. The hardened stainless steel motor shaft is supported by graphite bearings and lubricated directly by the pumped liquid.
The rotor protective casing, stator casing and closing flange are made of stainless steel. The pump also features a ceramic thrust ring, ethylene-propylene sealing rings and a brass air vent plug.
Designed for hot-water circulation, the IM25-8S-180 can handle liquid temperatures up to 110°C and a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar. It operates from a single-phase 230V/50Hz power supply and features IP44 protection and Class F insulation.
The pump has an installation length of 180 mm, 1½" threaded connections and must be installed with the motor shaft in a horizontal position.
