The MILWAUKEE HSS Countersink Set is a six-piece set designed for countersinking and deburring drilled holes in metal and plastic materials. Made from high-speed steel (HSS), the countersinks feature a 90° cutting angle in accordance with DIN 335C, making them suitable for precision hole preparation and general workshop applications.

Each countersink features three cutting edges with optimized geometry for easy centering, efficient chip removal and reduced vibration. The design allows countersinking and deburring in a single operation, in accordance with DIN 74/75, helping create clean hole edges and recesses for countersunk fasteners.

The set is suitable for steel with a tensile strength below 900 N/mm², aluminum and plastics. Using an appropriate cutting oil is recommended to extend tool life and maintain cutting performance during metalworking applications.
