EINHELL SEALED Watertight battery 3.0Ah - 4511618

The Einhell 18 V 3.0 Ah SEALED Power X-Change PLUS is part of the multifunctional and infinitely combinable Power X-Change battery system from Einhell. The universal Power X-Change batteries provide power and endurance for all cordless power tools across the entire product family covering the garden and workshop sector. The special feature of the SEALED battery? Its sealed housing means it is waterproof and dustproof in accordance with protection class IP57. Thanks to the integrated short-circuit protection via an extra contact on the battery receptacle, the sensor system detects contact with water and switches off the electronics. This ensures that even if the battery has been completely immersed in water, it can continue to be used once it is dry. Its latest generation lithium-ion cells provide 100% more power for maximum performance in all applications, along with a 13% more compact design and 10% reduction in weight. In addition, our PLUS technology delivers extra power for intensive tasks. Furthermore, the high-quality battery does not suffer from the memory or self-discharge effects that most batteries do, meaning it can deliver consistent, high power. The 18-volt, 3.0 Ah Power X-Change PLUS is a high-end battery in the Power X-Change family, and is also suitable for TWIN PACK use in 36 V applications. The process-controlled ABS active battery management system continuously monitors the battery parameters using its integrated microprocessor. This ensures maximum safety, optimal device performance, maximum runtime and maximum service life. You can check the current charge status via the 3-stage LED indicator. The design of the housing makes it resistant to corrosion and mechanical impact. The rubber coating gives the battery high impact protection and ensures a good grip. Thanks to the recessed grip, it can be easily removed from all units. Comes without charger. This is available separately.

Twin-Pack Technology

18 volts or 36 volts? Why decide? With Twin-Pack Technology, one type of battery is sufficient for both voltage classes: for more power-intensive applications, such as certain lawn mowers, saws and rotary hammers, simply combine two 18 V batteries in one 36 V tool.

Small but mighty!

PLUS technology: small, lightweight and powerful

Fewer cells with the same amount of power – that's what Einhell PLUS technology is for. Thanks to state-of-the-art cell technology, the Power X-Change Plus batteries are more compact and lighter. Because the new lithium-ion cells provide twice as much power as the standard cells, the battery does not need to have as many of them. The smaller design is noticeably lighter, and offers impressive performance when used with Einhell Power X-Change tools!

Waterproof and dustproof battery power

Perfectly sealed: The water- and dustproof SEALED batteries with IP57 protection class are now part of the Power X-Change family. Whether its water, or dust from wood or metal – the SEALED battery can withstand anything you throw at it and won't suffer damage even after 30 minutes in 1 m of water.

Innovative short-circuit detection

Thanks to a short-circuit protection system via an extra contact on the battery receptacle, the sensors detect contact with water and switches off the electronics automatically. This way, the battery will not suffer any damage and can be used again as soon as it is completely dry.
